In our capacity as a family planning center (FPC) and in accordance with the new European regulation (2016/679) on the protection of personal data, we are responsible for the processing of your personal data.



Data Collection



The FPC collects data when you use its services. Information is collected directly from you and/or is collected through public databases (e.g., the National Registry).

The information collected includes your name, address, telephone number, and any other information relevant to the performance of the tasks you entrust to us as part of our family planning accreditation.



Use of the data

The information that you transmit to us within the framework of our approval is strictly used to respond to your individual or collective requests.



Privacy

We are the sole owners of the information collected. Your personal data will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other association or partner, for any reason, without your consent. The family planning staff is subject to professional secrecy.



Transfer of data to third parties

Within the framework of the proper execution of the CPF services, we transfer your data to partners (mutual insurance companies, RIZIV, medical laboratories, other CPFs). These partners are subject to contractual "subcontractor" clauses aimed at protecting your personal data.

We do not sell or exchange your personal data to third parties. We pass on aggregated and anonymous socio-epidemiological data to our sub-contractor for statistical purposes.



Data Protection

Our security policy includes all the security measures we implement to preserve the security of your personal information. You can have access to it upon request.



Data Retention

We retain your personal records for 10 years, with the exception of medical records and psychological records that our CPF must retain for 30 years (a legal requirement).



Your rights concerning your personal data

Right of access: the right to request access to the data that the CPF holds about you.

Right of rectification: right to rectify/limit the incorrect data that the CPF holds about you.

Right to erasure: right to request the erasure of data that the CPF holds about you.

Right of limitation: right to block the processing of data under certain conditions.

Right of opposition: the right to object to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons.
