Haptonomy before and after birth
During pregnancy and childbirth, this approach, based on touch and emotional presence,
helps foster a sense of security and trust in oneself and others.
During pregnancy, haptonomy sessions allow for the development of a unique relationship and deep communication with the baby, both for the expectant mother and for any potential co-parents.
These sessions also provide an opportunity to prepare for birth and to facilitate connection and adjustments within the parental couple during this period of significant change, both before and after birth.
After birth, this practice uses simple gestures to reassure the baby and support their psychomotor development at their own pace.
